Nova Siri Marina Beach
The beach at Nova Siri Marina is a long stretch of fine, golden sand, backed by natural dunes, pine forests, and eucalyptus trees. It is part of the nearly 40 km of Ionian coastline in the Metapontino area, stretching from Metaponto to Nova Siri. The seabed slopes gently, keeping the water shallow for a considerable distance, making it perfect and safe for families with children. Oasi WWF Policoro – Herakleia (Bosco Pantano)
Just a few minutes north lies the WWF oasis of Policoro, a protected nature reserve that preserves one of the last remnants of the ancient coastal forest (Bosco Pantano) along the Ionian coast, near the mouth of the Sinni River. This area is closely associated with the observation and conservation of the loggerhead sea turtle (Caretta caretta) and boasts a rich birdlife, with trails winding through forests and wetlands. We chose B&B Prima Luce again this year. The name says it all! Our little paradise, as always. We found the room clean and equipped with all the comforts, a hearty breakfast, and a beautiful pool. Melissa was incredibly helpful and charming ❤️ We've already decided to come back.

We spent 6 nights at this lovely B&B. The warm welcome from Melissa and her family made us feel right at home, surrounded by peace, nature, and tranquility. The apartment is practical and equipped with everything we needed. The owners are very attentive to all our needs and are animal lovers (just like us). They are calm, gentle, and so affectionate that we quickly grew fond of them. At the back of the building, there is a beautiful, well-maintained, and inviting pool, surrounded by the owners' fields. Highly recommended for those looking to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.

The apartment, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, was clean, pleasant, and functional.
The beautiful pool is located in a tranquil and well-maintained garden.
The area is peaceful and just a few minutes' drive from the beaches.
Parking is available.
You can request breakfast from Melissa, who is always on hand to meet the guests' needs.
Among other things, we enjoyed an exquisite donut, always prepared by Melissa.
We will definitely return to relax in this accommodation, which we highly recommend.

The breakfast was plentiful, with freshly baked croissants.
The location is perfect for exploring Basilicata as well as for heading to the beach. Highly recommended!

I stayed for one night and enjoyed the place for two days in the "Orange" apartment, which was equipped with all the necessary comforts for a wonderful stay. The kitchen was clean and stocked with essential utensils for a comfortable experience. The bed was very comfortable, and the space was spacious enough for two people. The breakfast service catered to all my needs with a delightful "Italian-style" breakfast. The rooms were very clean, and the blinds were convenient, effectively blocking out light while also allowing natural light and, most importantly, the stunning views to come in. In summary, this is a new and well-maintained property surrounded by greenery, highly recommended for a relaxing stay in nature. The owner, Melissa, was very kind and attentive, always available to listen to the guests' needs. I would definitely recommend staying here again, possibly for a longer period, to fully enjoy what the property has to offer.
